Cancelling
Go to your account page and press Cancel subscription. You won't be charged again, and Tribal Works keeps working until the end of the month you have already paid for. Changed your mind before then? Press Resume on the same page.
The 14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because Tribal Works is digital content delivered straight away, we ask at checkout whether you want access immediately and accept that this right ends once your licence is issued. You can't subscribe without agreeing, because the add-on starts working the moment you pay.
When we refund anyway
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
- Tribal Works didn't work for you at all and our support couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.
- A game update broke it for a long stretch of your paid month.
Ask in the chat or at support@tribal.cx. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 days.
What we can't refund
Anything that happens inside the game - including action the game's operator takes against an account that used Tribal Works. Please read the terms before subscribing.
